Berlin Station: An inside look at EPIX's interactive 360 experience
To promote the launch of spy thriller “Berlin Station”, produced by Paramount TV and Anonymous Content, premium entertainment network EPIX teamed up with the technology agencies Ayzenberg, WIREWAX and Scopic to create an interactive 360-degree experience.

Available at, the micro-site is narrative-driven and provides viewers with insights into the characters and storyline ahead of the series premiere on October 16th. The platform works on both desktop and mobile and can be experienced without headgear.

During the 10-part experience, viewers can follow the protagonist’s journey through Berlin, gathering unknown information about the plot and character archs, as well as knowledge about the city. The experience takes users to different locations in Berlin, such as the Plaza or one of the many underground stations. The “Berlin Station” writers were involved in developing the storylines, making it possible for the three tech agencies to create a completely immersive experience.

Each location on the map can be accessed right away, although it is recommended to follow the route. Users start their mission with a briefing in the CIA headquarters, where they can discover the office in 360-degrees. Interactive touch points uncover clues and important information users need to access in order to progress with the story. (…)
